I have over 20 years of experience in the culinary business; from small restaurants,  bistros and to corporate kitchens and catering halls.  I am very focused,  passionate and driven in everything I do.  I have also been in love with cannabis since the age of 13 and have been cooking with it since my teenage years.  I love how different strains have all these terpene profiles to pair with all types of food; have now been adding “smoke” to some of my dishes.
