I have been working in the culinary industry for over 15 years. My background of cooking comes from Jamaican and Asian cuisines, with many specialty fusions dishes created the love for cooking is irreplaceable. I have worked in many kitchens in NYC overtime long nights and hard weekends it pushed me to create my own company called Hamilton’s Kitchen.  I run a personal chef service for many clients in NYC, which brings meal prep, dinner party, and catering services to their needs.

I recently started infused dinner parties a pop up event twice a month with different food themes. These have ventured into being put in an article for HoneySuckle Magazine and also Hightimes.
