Chef Indynois was born in Chicago and moved to Indianapolis when he was 5 where he was raised. He actually grew up eating nothing but meat, fast food and processed foods so he had no prior experience in the kitchen. In 2017 he decided to try a healthier lifestyle by transitioning to vegan and because of this he had to learn how to make his own meals. He studied to learn some recipes and tweaked them with his own spin. Today he is a vegan cannabis chef that uses food as a means for healing, whether that be through infused foods or just healthier options for those looking to transition from eating meat to a plant based diet. Coming from eating no fruit or vegetable growing up and not having prior knowledge to actually becoming a Chef in the Cannabis Chef Union he is an example of how you can achieve whatever you wish if you put your mind to it and believe!
