I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and have a strong passion for both food and the many uses of cannabis. I’ve been fortunate to cook for multiple inaugural luncheons and for Park City Utah in my career. In November of 2016 I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and Type 2 Diabetes and completely changed my diet and lifestyle so I would not be dependent on medication. I truly enjoy cooking for those with dietary restrictions especially vegetarian/plant based but also love cooking with animal based proteins. I have a very strong background with soups, sauces & marinades as well a comprehensive knowledge of the medicinal uses of cannabis.
